It's the entitlement that makes it extremely disrespectful. You have no right to demand anything from these writers. And saying "for personal use" absolutely does NOT make it better. It's rude and (again) entitled! Like why do you deserve an "update" when so many readers are also waiting? It's not the writer's problem that you are impatient.

Fic authors pour their heart and soul into writing and they deserve to be the ones to write/finish the stories they put out.

If you love their stories so much you will respect that it is theirs! Each work they produce are like their babies. I've not written anything myself but the few collaborations i have participated in makes me feel like i have so many kids i love!! So i cant even imagine how the writers feel when you suggest something so offensive to their craft!

Also it's so fucking lazy to have AI produce an ending... you have the free will and imagination to make up stories in your head! Why not just do that if its "for personal use"? That's the fun of fanfics!!

Please respect and support these writers the way they deserve! They're sharing their talents with us for free! The least we can do is be appreciative and respectful!

AI models 'learn' from the content fed into it. it regurgitates and steals content from human writers, whether it's our style/voice/tone or our actual words. our work is repurposed without our permission. "not everyone who disagrees with you is a villain," yes, but anyone who enables this system is.

wow okay more tears as i type this...... but its an idea ive had since probably 2019 or 2020?? (ever since i saw this video and hyperfixated on it) it just sat in the back of my mind because i never knew how it would be executed!

party princess was one of the very first ideas i shared to kae and was so surprised they took it so well! (both of us are theater kids at heart so ig i shouldve known it wld be close to us 🥰) but i admitted i had no idea how to go about the story! just scenarios and headcanons

and now to see them breathe life into it??? LITERALLY CRYING RIGHT NOW its in the best hands and it unfolded so well i couldnt comprehend it 😭 my mind is so busy and im the type to always need a backstory for everything so i never finish ideas i want to write but kae is SO INCREDIBLE at streamlining things! only including whats important and knowing just how much info/backstory u need (without it becoming a prequel) to push the story forward.

gryffindor besties seokgyu headcanons:

seokmin, youngest in his family, was raised delicately, very cherished and loved, while mingyu, just as loved and adored, grew up as most boys do, roughhousing and getting into all sorts of trouble to the point that his mother couldn't wait till she could ship him away to hogwarts (half-joking)
so when they meet at the gryffindor table that first night, of course they argue over something dumb (mingyu probably clumsily knocked over his glass and spilled all over seokmin's lap and then proceeded to laugh it off, which really really peeved seokmin)
it continues on like that until their first flying class, where they realize how much each other loves quidditch, and that marks the beginning of their everlasting, still constantly bickering friendship
yappers,,, they are constantly yapping the ears off of one another, and whoever else will listen,, but it's almost always about quidditch or sparky (per mingyu's end) and also mingyu's tripping over his words bc his tongue can't keep up with his thoughts and kyeomi's just bad at finding the words to convey what he wants to say,, so most people tend to just tune them out
seokmin gets scouted in first year by the gryffindor team to sub in for an injured beater, and while mingyu is thrilled for his bestie, he can't help but feel a little bummed out that he doesn't have his own broom to even try out
it's all good tho bc mingyu's a stellar athlete and gets a chaser position on the team the following season
ok but they're both SUCH gryffindors though bc they're like,, scared of everything but they don't let their fear debilitate them? in all of the gose eps that test their mettle, they complain and whine, but they always see through whatever mission or punishment is asked of them (thinking about trap mg against the zombies and dk bungee jumping,,,) often,, together 🥹
