TERMS OF SERVICE
-Commissions are for personal use only! Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.-I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited.-I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.-Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may change (increase) depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.-I have every right to decline a commission.-Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees.-Any Reposting of any commission is allowed WITH proper credit by tagging @marukmpos :)-Visual references are required (specially if is an OC). Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.PAYMENT:
-Payment is via PayPal ONLY. An invoice will be sent by me. So please make sure to provide your paypal email. A deposit of at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working on the final piece. You also will have the option to pay the full amount upfront as well.-If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the final it's been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).PROCESS:
-Before starting and making any payment, I like to send a quick draft of the commission to verify the look and composition to see if is what you are looking for. If you approve of the draft, then we can proceed with any payment you decide (half or full payment upfront). Once the payment is done I will be sending updates throughout the next couple of days/weeks.-Three minor revisions may be requested. More than three will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.-Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you full res .JPG files of the workIMPORTANT NOTE
-Drafts for each commission will have a small additional fee
