Lots of thoughts recently. Everything feels plastic.

I could go on and on about why all that AI "art" is bad. I could mention theft, lack of creativity, it's impact on the work field and environment, but countless people have already said all that. I wanted to touch on something that to me is the most utterly wrong about all of it.

Art is more than just something pretty to look at or listen to. It's therapeutic. It's a form of communication. A tool for human connection. It's a pure, human need.

the funniest thing about ttrpgs is that you can create a guy and say "his name is blorbo bleebus. he sucks severely. i hope that many misfortunes befall blorbo bleebus. he does not deserve to be happy." and at least one of your friends will immediately jump in to say "noooo... don't bully blorbo bleebus... i love blorbo bleebus..."

I’m glad you asked! I’m still finalizing an adult Lezah design, but I think I’m digging this wand and crown combo for her! (the wand is more of a scepter, because she’s the princess of the anti-fairies,but she definitely wields it more like a mace lmaooo)

Some Fun facts about Ved’s wand! It’s a hand-me-down from his grandpappy (whom he never got to meet) with the magical circuitry at the bottom exposed, so that Ved can easily snap the wand into his custom calculator/power amplifier!

Unlike his girlfriend OR his fairy counterpart, Ved is naturally pretty weak magic-wise, but through years of careful research and experimentation, Ved has been able to amplify his power level with technology, to the point that it nearly rivals Dev!

Buuuut, since Dev is NATURALLY talented with magic, he is able to use wandless magic and Ved is NOT- relying solely on his technology to stay at Devs level :3c
