@ForOurUnion: thats what you shouldn't do, register the newname, that is making it difficult for both renamer and you. Not done here: please follow the steps:

1. Log in as NyngYun64 and request a rename per Special:GlobalRenameRequest to a random username.
2. After that rename request was accepted, log in as ForOurUnion and request a rename per Special:GlobalRenameRequest to "NyngYun64"
