Atari Women Wiki Edit-a-thon
What?
[edit]A two days edit-a-thon (including two-evening online workshop organized by the Computer Science Department of University of Copenhagen - DIKU), focused on introducing participants to Wikipedia editing. During this event, will be added new articles and improved existent articles based on Atari Women, a research project about pioneer women and gender minority engineers. Adding free license images of the biographies and Wikidata items is also welcomed.

[edit]The Computer Science Department of the University of Copenhagen (DIKU) Virtual Wiki Edit-a-thon - part of DIKU’s research program FemTech - is part of a master’s thesis focused on diversity and gender equality on Wikipedia, focusing on facilitating inclusion in computing science.
