Henry (2001) asks the main question: “What is it that e-learning actually does and how can it add value in response to real business problems and challenges?” (p.249). The current article discusses the management and evaluation of e-learning programs in corporate
environment in Turkey on the grounds of experiences of Enocta in the sector.
