💋💋 About Me 💋💋

Hi I'm Rachel!! I'm 34yrs old and I migrated over here due to the possible incoming twitterpocalypse.

I've been Army for 5yrs and MooSomnia for 4! I don't really like kpop as a whole but BTSMOOCATCHER are my babes!

I also enjoy horror movies/games. The Sims, reading and writing on occasion when I can make my brain work.

Let's be friends!! 💜🖤💚

ARE YOU VOTING ARMY??? TODAY IS THE LAST DAY WE CAN'T AFFORD TO FALL BEHIND WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO MAKE A COMEBACK!!

PLEASE VOTE WITH ALL YOUR EMAILS. USE YOUR PHONE DATA AS A UNIQUE IP!!!

STREAM!!! SEND YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY THE MAMA PLAYLIST AND TELL THEM TO STREAM THE SONG ONCE!!

STREAM THE MV AND SEND YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY THE MV LINK!!!

Don't forget to vote for BTS on Mnet+! We've got 3 days left to win this! Widen the gap so they can't catch up! 💜💜

Mnet+ voting is 50% of the criteria!

Don't forget the Spotify voting it's 30% of the overall score! Just stream Yet To Come 1x per day per account on the MAMA Playlist!

MV Views count for 10% of the overall score so make sure to watch Yet To Come today! 🥰

I remember the birth of Tumblr. No 16yr old kpop stans are gonna tell me how to post on here.

Armys stream and vote for BTS because that's what fans do. Streaming is literally just listening to music. 🙄

If you don't want to stay in your little corner benefiting from BTS'S efforts whilst doing nothing to actually support them.

One of the things that inspired me most about Army when I first joined the fandom is how hard they work to support BTS out of genuine love.

I'll be damned if I'm no allowed to do that here bc of a bunch of kpoppie casual stans claiming to be Army.

Twitter Armys can make their own community here and if some Tumblr Armys want to be friends I welcome you. Just know I DO stream, I DO vote and I'm vocal about encouraging others to do so!

Twt armys are kinda used to the agressive approach about it, but I kinda get how it can freak out people who aren't on twt. That's ok. It can be overwhelming. Especially for people who have been fed horror stories about streaming and voting all day and night without sleep and how it’s “inorganic” (it’s not, btw - or rather, the entire music industry is inorganic and streaming is one of the few ways we can use to level the ground a little bit).

Here’s the thing about streaming: it should be fun. There are different ways to stream and even if you’re not cut out for the intense streaming twt army tend to do, you can still help a lot. You can create your own playlists that customize how often you want to hear a certain song. There are playlists you can use that are less intense. Or you can just put BTS’ music on shuffle and help with streams on other songs. The important thing is, that we are fans of musicians, first and foremost, so when we talk about streaming, we really mean to appreciate BTS for the reason they started this whole journey they took us on.

As for voting, it can be really scary too, because especially in voting seasons, like now, there’s a bunch of things to pay attention to. But it is important, because it’s one of the ways we as fans can communicate with BTS. I can’t sit Namjoon down and tell him we’re not going anywhere, but hopefully, making sure they still get the awards they deserve, can communicate that to him. I have seen people argue that BTS don’t care about awards and don’t need them anymore, but the truth is that especially with awards that were given to them by ARMY voting, BTS have always been greatful about those. They were always about giving ARMY their best and working hard for us and the fan-voted trophies are a gesture to them from us that we see and appreciate their effort. Please don’t underestimate how important your vote can be. And don’t be afraid to ask if you don’t know how to vote.

Thank you for coming to my ted talk, lol. In short, please stream and vote, but find a way to do it without making it feel like a chore. It’s not suppossed to be and burning yourself out will not help anyone.

But also, please don’t buy into the narrative that streaming/voting is useless/inorganic/uncool or otherwise unnecessary. This is something that’s often found in kpop spaces and BTS succeeded in part because army don’t work that way.

Thing is it's really not twt Armys it's a small portion of them. But of course the toxic ones are always the loudest. Most of us ask you to do your best with the time you have in a way that makes sense for your lifestyle.

Even we don't like those kinds of Armys. We call them the Streaming police and at most they're a nuisance at least they're a laughing stock.
