Count Orloc ain't got nothing on this sweet Kobold 'stache! I decided to make my boyfriend's Kobold have crazy long facial barbels to show dimorphism between the male and female Kobold sexes. But mostly it's an excuse to make this guy ✨✨very fancy✨✨.
LOOK WHO'S HERE!! Space Werewolf ball jointed dolls have arrived from the casting company and I am really loving how delicately translucent they are! Just beautiful! I will be unwrapping them all to make sure everyone got here safe and then will start to make headwear accessories and packaging then will start to process the packing / shipping! My space pirate shark girl is finished! There are a few small changes I'll be adding but it is so cool to see her come to life! I will be opening for a small run of blank kits of this mask sculpture. Hand sculpted in @monsterclayusa and cast in urethane , this 5 part kit will be available with the transparent top head seen here or an opaque version if you want less of a challenge. The preorder will open this Friday at 2pm PST , s h o p link is in my profile. Build tutorial is incoming!
Postponing the preorder for kits until next Friday! I had to reglue a bunch of stuff, figure out a few more things and I haven't even started making the tutorial 😅 Here is another tease of the Shark Space Pirate ( formerly shark girl but they can be anything you choose of course!) She's going to be a complicated but fun project! I will offer them with the clear head or opaque head option since the clear head is a little more tricky to work with since you have to be more mindful of glues/ padding when finishing. The opaque head will look just as cute and will be priced a little lower. More details and pics to come!
Getting CLOSE! Shark Girl molds/ casts gave me some trouble but she's almost ready to show. There are so many failures and plan B/C that go into complicated sculpts like this, and I start to kick myself for getting in over my head and not just doing it the easy way. But I also know the harder way will be worth it! I'm excited to show y'all this character and I will try to have tutorials and pics ready for a small preorder this Friday at 2pm PST!
