Ayesha is working as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa attached to the Fashion Design and Product Development, Department of Textile and Clothing Technology from 2006 to date. She has obtained her Doctorate from University of the Visual and Performing Arts, 2016 and Masters of Arts from London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, 2009. In the year 2005, she has obtained her first-degree B. Des (Hons) from the Department of Textile and Clothing Technology, University of Moratuwa with a 1st class
