Sauté your onions and set aside. 2. Season your beef with salt & pepper. 3. Shape into patties and fry on medium-high for 2 minutes. 4. Spread your mustard on each patty and flip. 5. Top with cheese, add a bit of water to the pan and cover for 1 minute. 6. Remove lid, serve with the condiments of your choice, & enjoy! Beat the whites until stiff peaks form. 4. Melt your chocolate chips, I microwaved in 30 second intervals stirring each time: 5. Fold the yolks in to the chocolate & then add your whites. 6. Mix & add to a parchment lined 9” cake dish that’s been greased. 7. Drizzle your peanut butter on top 8. Bake for 30 minutes.
