This beautiful photo got me thinking of the difficult roads I've been on. The hardest has been the road to wellness. I've had to fight tooth and nail to get better and many times I almost gave up. But this difficult road has led me to a beautiful destination - finding work I love, being able to not only teach my students, but be able to understand a little of what they've been through on their own road to wellness. If I had been healthy my whole life, I would never have ended up here!
