Alright, start adding two pounds of ground beef to a large pot. I'm using this beef pork blend but you can use whatever you want. Grab an onion. Chop it. Drop it in. Break all of this up and brown it like you normally would then add four minced garlic cloves. 2 tablespoons of paprika. Two teaspoons of Italian seasoning. Two teaspoons of salt. A half a teaspoon of black pepper and a quarter teaspoon of cayenne. Two bay leaves. Ploop them right in there. Stir this up and just it for a couple minutes and then add a quart of chicken broth, one twenty-four ounce jar of marinara sauce, a can of diced tomatoes, a cup of water, two tablespoons of soy sauce, and then stir that in. Bring it to a low simmer and just let it simmer for 30 minutes. But don't just stare at it the whole time, okay? Use that time to clean up your work space. And don't forget to wash those adorable kitty cat measuring spoons that your girlfriend got you. Yeah, that's better. Once that time is up, give it another good stir and then add two cups of large elbow macaroni noodles. Stir those in. Bring it to a rapid boil and cook them for about 10 to 12 minutes. Once those noodles are almost done and it's nice and thick like this. Go ahead and take it off the heat. Remove the bay leaves. Add one cup of freshly shredded white cheddar cheese. Uh about a handful of fresh dried parsley. Stir that in. Put the lid on for 5 minutes. Take the lid off. Get a solid gold ladle and scoop some of this up. Put it in a bowl. Okay? And then top it with some more of that white cheddar cheese from earlier and maybe a pinch of that pocket parsley that you have then grab a fork. Scoop up a big old bite of this. And go ahead. Put the whole thing in your mouth. Oh yeah. Dang that's good. I didn't grow up on Goulash like a lot of you did. And I feel like I missed out. I'm in love with this. Alright I better hurry up so people can start commenting on how this isn't actually goulash. Goulash people are very serious. See you in the comments.
