Bacon Wrapped and Cheese Stuffed Gourmet Burgers! | Bacon Wrapped and Cheese Stuffed Gourmet Burgers! | By SmokehouseNick | Alright y'all let's make some bacon wrapped cheese stuffed burgers. I got four pieces of bacon braided at the bottom of my burger mold. Put in a quarter pound of K four gourmet beef and then make it a little pocket from a pepper jack cheese. Get another quarter pound of beef put on top of it. Finish the mold and braid your pork over it. I dusted that burger up with salt, pepper, and garlic and I'm doing the same to the outside of the mold. Take the bottom off. Move your wax paper and dust that up. They are ready to go in the smoker. 375 for about 30 minutes should do the trick. All those burgers are smoking. I'm going to grease up my griddle on medium heat. Get down some bacon fat and cook up three healthy chunks of sweet onion. Three healthy chunks of pineapple. Get them browned up real good. Toast your buns. I ate it with a little spicy mayo on the bottom and then that thick slice of candied up pineapple and boom. Look at the size of those burgers. I don't even know how I'm going to it in my face but I'm going to try real hard. Alright, to finish it off, we drown it in that hot and spicy bachans Japanese barbecue sauce. Oh man, look at the juices oozing. Smoking was the way to go with this I tell ya. Look at that. Ooey gooey cheesy inside. Smokey delicious bacon on the outside. Alright. Hey, y'all like what I'm doing. Click that follow button. I promise we're going to keep cooking as long as y'all keep coming back.

Thirty-two sliders to feed the masses. Start off with take your dinner rolls out of them trays and then mold in two pounds of K4 gourmet beef. Whip out the tool of your choice and slice up a sweet onion. Get it diced up real good and then put it in a cast iron skillet with two tablespoons of bacon fat and let them just start to caramelize up while you're working on your burgers. I got the gas turned up to medium high. Get a good sear on them burgers. Throw that molded shape on there and season the other side up with salt, pepper, and garlic, the Holy Trinity. When they're about browned up, you're going to smother them in the cheese of your choice. Get them onions down. I went with a hickory barbecue sauce. Throw your burgers on there and slice them up. You are ready to feed all the kids and the hotel staff as well. And there you go. Cooked to perfection. We're going to go in for the bite. Try it out. Boo. That was a good slider. I give the girl her bite and y'all click that follow button if you like what I'm doing. Girl, I promise we'll keep cooking if you keep coming back.
