This unique textured little cup was made of paperclay, which is clay mixed with paper fiber. This type of clay allows really interesting textures to emerge, which I worked out some more, and accentuated with a dark stain. The cup was fired twice, is food and dishwasher safe. The foot is narrow compared to the cup, which gives it a nice aestetic, but requires slightly more careful use.
