Christy Nguyen on Instagram: "Korean BBQ ribs - one of my favorite easy recipes Ingredients: 3 lb spare ribs (I got the cut ones from Costco) 8 oz of Korean bbq sauce 4 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp minced garlic Marinate ribs with the Korean bbq sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, garlic powder and minced garlic. Mix and refrigerate for a few hours. Cook in the air fryer at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes on each side. If using an oven, bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes on each side. You’ll want to make sure the ribs are golden brown and turn them halfway through. Depending on how hot your air fry cooks, adjust the cooking time accordingly."

Pepper.ph on Instagram: "To get super soft pork belly, you need to braise low and slow on the stovetop for hours. With a pressure cooker or an Instant Pot RIO, you only need 30 minutes! 💡 A pressure cooker cooks food faster by trapping steam and building pressure. More pressure increases the boiling point of water. That higher temperature = faster cooking times without burning your food! Keep in mind that a pressure cooker needs time to build pressure before cooking, and to release it after. But overall, you can still expect faster stewing and braising! * 500g pork belly, in 1” cubes * 3 T crushed garlic * 2 T sliced ginger * 1 T star anise * 2 bay leaves * 1 c soy sauce * 1 c water * ½ c rice vinegar * ½ c brown sugar * 2 T sliced leeks 👉 Set Instant Pot to Sauté.
