How To Grow And Care For Crepe Myrtle
Crepe myrtle. This is the identity of the big, pretty tree in our behind-our-house neighbors' backyard.
Durham, NC
Dynamite Crape Myrtle; nice blue red blooms; grows to 20'; very upright habit which is nice. Mildew resistant. Starts to bloom later than the Natchez but very nice when it does. Later in the summer; the bud blooms have this white tip on them which is where it gets its name I guess. Great accent for the 4th.
