We purchased this for my 87 year old father to keep circulation in his legs. He uses it daily and it has been great. He uses a sort of stand alone chair. (no wheels, no arms on the chair). It is a little heavy and he needed assistance to put it together, but it's not super heavy - just heavy depending on how much mobility you have. Like I said, he's 87, and it was helpful to just set it up on a dedicated spot. It's best if you can put it somewhere out of the way and use it @healthand fitness

This book is a great resource. I am constantly going back to it and rereading sections. The 2 week test is fabulous and has changed my life. I do it a few times a year to get myself back on track. If you have any aches and pains please try the 2 week test, I didnt do it for weight as I am fine but I was in pain depressed and tired. His running method is very different than what we are used to and I have changed my runs 2 years ago and have loved his method, it is a lot @healthandfitness
Williams' Nutrition for Health, Fitness and Sport
Utilized this book as a rental in accordance with my professor and her syllabus (noticed previous editions were eerily similar to this current one). We only got to Chapter 13, but the info we went over within the reviewed chapters was extremely informative and appeared current. It was a decent rental price for the time I had it, so it was worth it for me @healthandfitness @fitness

I also bought the first addition, so I wasn't sure if I might be wasting time and money on the second addition. But, turned out better than expected. This new addition includes all the latest research in nutrition, which is considerable, as well as, some new exercises and stretches. It's like Vonda knew exactly what I needed an update on to keep my fitness program engaged. I'm 66, by the way, running 2 miles every other day, and looking forward to the third addition @fitness

I currently mainly use it for the workouts...it’s taught me about building my own workouts, and it’s been effective! But I’m getting into a rut and need more...I’m hoping Jen Ator/Womens Health do another similar book soon - I need new inspiration! And I liked how it’s written - inspirational sayings, realistic advice, etc - so I’d be very interested in @health and fitness
