Take two fifteen ounce cans of pumpkin puree, one twelve ounce can of evaporated milk, three eggs beaten to a pulp, one fourth cup brown sugar, one cup of white granulated sugar, and then as much cinnamon as it takes to make your heart happy followed by our secret ingredient, the pure bourbon vanilla extract, just one tablespoon of that, and then all you gotta do is mix it together, mix it until you get that beautiful orange consistency, and then take some spice cake mix, and just sprinkle it all right on top. Make sure you don't mix it together and then take one stick of butter sliced and then you just going to put it on there evenly spread throughout and then you going to take some candied pecans and put them on there as you're topping as much as you want and then voila. Right there it is in three hours on high in your crock pot. You have the most popular pumpkin cobbler of all time. If you don't eat it all, your friends and family will.

You can use regular cream cheese if you want. I just like to use the whipped because it's so much easier to mix everything up. I have 212ounce containers so I'm doing one and a half container of the whipped cream cheese. Get your hand mixer out. We're just going to give this a premix. We want to make sure it's extra extra creamy before we add our other toppings. Now, you're going to do one can of pumpkin puree. Make sure you're not using pumpkin pie mix. It has to be the pure pumpkin stuff. Put that direct on top and then we're going to do two teaspoons of vanilla for that delicious flavor. We're going to do three teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. This makes everything nice and it smells delicious. We're going to do three fourths of a cup of brown sugar and we're going to mix that one more time with our hand mixer. Wanna make sure everything gets incorporated and mixed up. It's going to smell delicious and it's going to be that beautiful orange color. I'm scraping the sides of the bowl to make sure I get all of that mixed up and then I'm going to put one third of it direct on top of the angel food cake in the trifle bowl and just spread that out it's okay if you get it on the sides of the bowl just wipe it with a napkin then we're going to use the large tub of cool whip put a third of that down directly on top of our cheesecake mixture spread that out we want those beautiful layers here now guys we're going to do two more layers we're going to go angel food cake cheesecake mixture whipped cream two more times we want this to be a nice beautiful layered dessert that's going to be a standout at your party. Now, at the end, you want to make sure you wipe those edges, get it nice and clean just like that. Now, we're going to top it with a nice dusting of the pumpkin pie spice. This is going to smell delicious and it's going to be a great presentation for your party. Pop this in the fridge for a few hours and we're ready to serve. Alright, it's been a few hours and this thing is perfect. Everything is nice and firmed up and look at how beautiful those layers look. We're just going to dig in with our large serving spoon and grab ourselves a hefty portion directly onto our pie plate. This thing is going to be so good. I cannot wait for you guys to try this and there you have it, our delicious no-baked pumpkin cheesecake trifle. Let's give it a taste. That is so good. Light, creamy, the perfect dessert for fall. You guys have to make this today.
