We're always looking for new ways to add a little personality to our decor, whether that means we're paying close attention to ways we can add trendy colors to our space or renovating unused closets into something whimsical, like a bar. Nic | Our Reno By The Green on Instagram: "Here’s how I got this perfect crisp paint line 💛 First of all, the white paint that was already on the walls had already been on for several months. Whilst I don’t think this length of time is necessary, I think it’s important it is fully dried and cured, so well worth not rushing into it! So, I used a laser here to get a straight line on the wall, but you could also just use a big spirit level to pencil a line to follow. I then used @tesa “Painters tape for Precise Masking” on the walls, smoothing it down firmly. I tried to apply this in a continuous strip, so that I didn’t run the risk of it not being perfectly straight. Then the clever bit!
