With all their guests dressed in Middle Earth or renaissance festival outfits, Tamara and Daniel fully committed to their Lord of the Rings theme.

Both lovers off Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, Hannah and Derek wanted their Portland wedding to transport their guests to Middle Earth. The theme was a botanical woodland and the day was unique, intimate, and moody, while reflecting their Oregon roots.

With the release of the final Hobbit film on the 12th December, we thought we’d give you a little wedding inspiration…Middle Earth style! For all of you Lord of the Rings & Hobbit fans – did you know that you can get married and celebrate your wedding in The Shire?

Margoe and Charlie were heavily inspired by their favourite books, Lord of the Rings, for the theme for their July 2019 wedding. They really wanted a dark, magical forest vibe for the day. Armed with a $50,000 budget, they employed Kim from Your Perfect Bridesmaid to help bring their vision to life.
