Lemon pepper & Honey Salmon with Pomegranate salad.
DIRECTIONS Cut up Salmon into bite sized pieces then add olive oil and massage. Season with seasonings above then place in air fryer for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees. For the salad add cucumber, red onion and tomatoes to rocket leaves with some olive oil then mix together with hands. To make the dressing add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chilli flakes, dried parsley and lemon pepper seasoning to a small bowl and mix together. Plate up your salad on a bowl, then add salmon on top and drizzle dressing over salmon and salad then enjoy! #seafoodnetwork#seafood Credit to @originalflava
