Poached Chicken - 2–3 chicken breasts - 2 slices ginger - 2 spring onions - Salt, to taste Bang Bang Sauce - 3 tbsp tahini or sesame paste - 2 ½ tbsp light soy sauce - 2 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tbsp honey - 1 clove garlic, minced - 1 tsp minced ginger - 3 tbsp homemade chilli oil (recipe on my feed), plus extra to serve Salad - Cucumber, julienned - Cherry tomatoes, sliced - Coriander, to serve - Toasted white sesame seeds, to serve Bring a pot of water to a boil with spring onions, ginger, and salt.
