Bridal Veil (Ghunghat) Inspiration's....

A Ghunghat, is a veil worn by some married Hindu, Jain and Sikh women to cover their head, and often their face. To cover your head or put on a ghunghat is often seen as a mark of respect especially in very traditional and rural areas of India, where married women are expected to wear ghunghat always in front of their elder male members of the family. Today the modern bride may choose to wear a ghunghat on her wedding day as part of wanting to hold onto her traditional, values and beliefs.
