How to Stop Feeling Triggered by People and Situations
In order to stop being triggered by events, people and situations, we need to rewire our brain to stop giving meaning to such things, or at least, to change the meaning that we've given to them in the past. When we are triggered, we react in ways that don’t serve us, harm relationships, and negatively impact situations.
