How to pin a boutonniere? Pin to the left lapel (your right) with two boutonniere pins. Flip to the back of the lapel, insert one pin from top of the stems and again from bottom through the boutonniere. This is the best method to pin boutonniere without it falling off. Be sure no needles sticking out and poking anyone. Voilà!!
