I use ginger tea and licorice t= ea, 1/2 part fennel seeds. This mineral rich tea stimulates the bowels, live= r, kidneys, glands, it also acids cleansing and hormone balance.. Mix altoge= ther and in hot water add one teaspoon let it steep and drink 3 cups through= the day. Also cut out all coffee. Then watch. How this works for you.
