The salty bacon paired with the sweet dates and honey are just perfect! Here’s what you need: 6 slices bacon 12 Medjool dates 3 oz goat cheese Preheat oven to 400F. Add bacon strips to a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly cooked but still soft enough to wrap. Meanwhile, use a knife to slice a small cut in each date and remove the pit. Fill each pit with a spoonful of cheese. Once the bacon is slightly cooled, cut each strip in half then wrap around the dates and secure with a tooth pick.
