Air Fried Artichoke Hearts •1 can artichoke hearts •avocado oil spray •grated parmesan •lemon . Drain the hearts and cut in halves. Pat dry with a few paper towels until most of the moisture is removed (bonus is you can let the artichokes set out to air dry an hour or two). . Then line on parchment paper or inside your air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil and top with grated parmesan and a little lemon juice. . Air fry at 390 for 15-20 minutes or until the edges get nice and crispy. . They’re delicious as is but you could also try dipping in tzatziki, hummus, or a garlic lemon aioli. .
