Item Details. This beautiful fine cobalt blue silk brocade embroidered coat was made in the 19th century in China. Made in a traditional style it is scattered with beautifully embroidered floral motifs. The silk and embroidery are of the highest quality. The coat fastens in the traditional manner to one side and has frogging and toggle fastenings. Era and Usage. Made in the 1800's. This item is a study piece or collector's item. Measurements. Nape of neck to hem: 128cm Sleeve length: 47cm Across front: 53cm Condition. This coat is in really excellent condition for an item of this age. Further Notes.
