What you need for 8-10 rolls -1/2 pack kunafa dough -1/2 pack/113gm butter, melted -1/2 cup pistachio, crumbled or grounded -1/2 pack/160gm low moisture Mozzarella cheese For the simple sugar syrup -2 cups sugar -1 cup water -1 tsp cardamom powder or 3 pods -squeeze of 1
