Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan

Torako Koshi is the epitome of perfection. With her peerless beauty, top-notch grades, and position as student council president, her popularity in school is unrivaled. However, she harbors a dark secret—she was a delinquent back in middle school—and this is something she conceals to the best of her abilities.

Unfortunately, when she meets the mysterious deer girl Noko Shikanoko, Torako's hidden shame is constantly on the precipice of being exposed due to Shikanoko's rather weird antics. To maintain the reputation she worked so hard for, Torako must go along with Shikanoko's whims, even going so far as to become president of the newly established Deer Club. All her efforts will be rewarded if she can prevent the menacing doe from accidentally blurting out damaging details about her personal history that will undoubtedly unleash Torako's greatest nightmare.

My Deer Friend Nokotan is a great gag humor anime, the low score makes me believe people dont know how to apreciate good little animes these days.

Everything from soundtracks to graphic style is amazing, the only thing missing is more episodes with Nokotan T-T.

After the first three episodes you really get into deep relationships with the characters and they are just addorable.

Nokotan is the star so she MUST be silly and funny but at the same time ADDORABLE,
Torako is the typical tsundere that doesn't want people finding out about her true self but at the same time failing hard at that
Anko is really the yandere ... type that can k**l you for someone else 0-0 and Bashame is the foodie who cant think about anything else but Their favourite food.

Everything about this anime is perfect, recommending this with a big R!

Mixed Feelings

I have watched Nichijou before this and liked it, so it might be a reason why I do not particularly like Nokotan. I get it, it is funny and cute and has great art overall, I also really liked the CGI used in this show it is used very well and makes certain parts funny. Although, I do not think I have laughed out loud any time during watching (I mean Nokotan is funny but can only make me chuckle a little bit, not TOO hilarious) and to be honest I got bored the last half of the show and 2x'ed to finish the show ... asap. It is definitely suitable for certain viewers I totally get the point but it just doesnt appeal to me that much, even though it is compared to Nichijou a lot I just do not think it is worth watching. But maybe turning your brain off at night and finding whatever to watch, this is a solid pick.

Ps: I really like the opening though.

This anime basically got popular from its OP (opening song) but aside from that... there's really nothing much in it. I get that it's trying to be funny by showcasing daily life, which the iconic golden comedy anime "Nichijou" perfected, but, it's just not it... showing daily school life without the actual sense of what IS actually the normal life, every cut scene with a literal random "shika/deer" joke moment.. it doesn't quite fit. Especially the fact you'll have to endure the repetitiveness for 12 episodes. I know comedy differs for every people, but everyone says I have ... a shallow sense of humor, yet I think I've only ever exhaled as a laugh, throughout this anime. Well there are still way more nonsense plot anime series out there that aren't even comedy, that's why I'm at least giving at a 5 out of 10. It was simply hard to finish watching, in fact, I think people only know it because of the popular intro song, but I wonder if anyone actually finished it. I only finished it for the sake of finally crossing it off of my watch list. xD

Not gonna make it any longer, basically if you are looking for an actual funny comedy anime, go watch stuff like Tokyo Godfathers, Nichijou, Asobi Asobase :3 happy watching!
