I haven’t seen the movies but they are an alternate timeline and the last is after the series events in the new timeline. Probably should since the new series is set in the newer timeline

Tales and Trails aren’t related. Trails in the Sky 1/2 are one of the best game stories I’ve played. Suikoden on my wishlist but yeah, way too expensive for now

That’s the thing, there is nothing in the area of the canyon. Vegas is a few hours drive and that’s the nearest place. You don’t go to the canyon if you are in the area. You go to the area for the canyon. If you go there don’t plan to do much further than Southern California or Colorado (not likely to have time for both those in a trip either)

It's not just the art, Dandadan has that weird vibe that makes you feel it is made particularly for Japanese audience, it makes me remember about a weird Japanese Kaiju movie called Big Man Japan, we did mention it before xD

The classic Sailor Moon has 200 episodes, and I think most of them are filler, it's funny to think that the Sailor Moon manga is only 64 chapters lol. Precure looks similar but there are probably dozens of shows that are inspired by it, SM is the OG much like how Dragon Ball is for Shounen

In the end this is just generational thing when the anime hits you in the spot despite all the production quality being down the drain..since you can tell the depth it has in how rushed the drawing and simplified animation is..as if it wasn´t enough that the adopted girl (folllowing 11th ep) had her first *SLAYER GATE* pains which you can what it leads to since females bodies and hormones mature faster some say..xD EP12 was more lore focused with the princess and that actually was adult as it could get even the friggin antics and how even the minor princess behaves and know her stuff despite the queen being her stepmom as the true mom was just..some lover at that time that died young so you can see the stepmom might be jealous of the king (as she´s his 2nd) but his attention span mostly goes to the daughter and that kind of ''read between the lines'' situations and other recurring DNA antics that made it in to make it feel like proper harem bait again as male MCs is being tempted on higher level and his preferences were laid out in the open by friggin minor princess and how he was radar hacking the sizes of her head maid..xD
All in All this was full of experience this season even if it had like 10th spot already being only 8/10 (due to anime original ending) just like autumn where Maou 2099 is also in similar position due to how this felt more like ''bonus/extra'' passion project from JC Staff where the amount of effort they put into it made them fall behind on schedule for the last episodes of DanMachi strangely enough and give EP11 of Honey Lemon Soda that Kemonozume like trippy experience..direction wise that is xD

I guess it should be normal with how anime originals went in the past 5 years (we had few that were split cours but no one from tiktok generation had the mental capacity to went through them and give it more than 6 or 7/10 as the DNA Imprints didn´t do anything new in it apart from questionable cast utilization at specific turning points etc. which is good enough argument to make the series have rating in the end it has now (Synduality and High Card for example where the highs were for some better in 1st cour and for others in was in 2nd cour in both of these series since the scores of 1st and 2nd cours are the opposite).

Was great journey and even with few visible flaws regarding the fixed number of episodes...as usual for these kind show they still milked maximum out of it..even if EP12 is more like a bonus for all the drama viewers had to go through so now they get the new songs to pay their debts with..xD
Ye..when I give Babanbabanban edge over it you know that you´re not alone (xD),I´m just sucker for these sitcom moments at this point and how it´s not that sort of cliche and either 3 people love that one or other 3 people love 2nd one but it´s actually one-sided crush circle for the whole cast at this point (lol) at the very least at the stopping point that can make you tilt a bit (unless that streamlined like festival outing and its afttermath is in the manga further in somewhere down the line and not fully anime original).

Imagine if people were to 2x speed Medalist skating performances when it´s basically mainstream friendly to get the 2nd cour announced and Blue Period isn´t since that one doesn´t have the 4in1 generation imprint where all 4 generations can take something away with it like Medalist manga and anime showcased..though Medlist is close to get hat 10/10 from me with the recent Hikaru x Jun flashback and who Hikaru skakes for now and the comparsions of her past self and her current self etc.

I can see why it´s on top of the foodchain of winter..it´s anime reaction friendly as well all the way through and then the pacing and how much of it was translated into anime is just enough that you get yourself enough of these ''read between the lines'' moments as well as it doesn´t completely hand-holding your attention span to the point that each cliffhanger before the episode ends feels like CINEMA to the masses xD
Hard to say how you would cope with anime original ending of S1 and then S2 which wasn´t even supposed to be marketed as a such (Monosihitsuji was the product name to begin with).

What I learned that at my age I can take something away from below 7 scored seasonals regarding its mood and the sitcom like vibe you probably won´t expereince youself due to how you lead your lifestyle comparded to them and that kind of sentimental self-brainwashing..xD Magic Maker had solid 2nd half with solid last episode with the confirmed lore dump but still the utilization is far from perfect as this felt like a prologue only as the MCs journey just starts as he just faced his roots just like when Ichigo faced his in TYBW (lol).Babanbabanban had that 80s sitcom imprint if we take into account the occasional serious moments/fighting like Witch Watch has but in bigger doses it feels like and EP11 had some pretty good animation cuts even if the taijutsu exchange wasn´t that long overall but how the promo ended felt so bittersweet like it axed itself (lol) - the pre-2000 anime original ending syndrome.Phantom Trigger when it was more about the message it gives regarding the fates of the cast in the aftermath and who dies and who lives (from both sides and how they cope with the changes to start new lives or welcome new people etc.,in compact way since only so much you can do in 1-cour)
Around 40 Otoko still has episode left but the adults are so raw down to how it´s so adult like but at the same time still feels so constrained due to the topics that are streamlined to the point you can just read between the lines to get the ''feelsgood'' boomer and mundane stuff to get through in their daily lives while it still retains that harem bait trope or tries to since male MC already decided to be faithful so only one wife to ''Cero Obscuras'' it is and the rest have to do with borderline skinship at best xD

It´s mostly the DNA formula that is in 20s for WSJ and WSM respectetively..apart from the few series that for both of these mags

Obviously you can have one where you have emotional obstacles instead or clash of personalities mid-match or just one between coaches only.Either way both WSM and WSJ has a new one but more likely I´ll pick up the trio from WYJ (Diamond no Kouzai,Catenaccio,4-gunkun) where they have breaks quite often and are part of the ecosystem where it allows them to run longer that way while the other 2 I already follow (Owaranai Yosuga,Dogsred).

The good thing is that WYM and MORNING or BIG COMIC SPIRITS have plenty of series that more often than not are bi-weekly or even have chapter once a month or so so it isn´t as big burden as for WYJ products where it has some bi-weekly/monthly titles in there but these were decided to do so from very early on and then the breaks of some of the series became more frequent in the recent months so you have always seveal series on break each week where they rotate (apart from few that have the least amount of breaks).

You might need to just switch to Fable manga or Youchien Wars at minimum soon enough then xD But ye..the problem is that each season has to have 50 new TV broadcasted animes (no matter if winter or summer) so in the end you have at least 20 titles that can clearly look cheap/fastfood production wise up to just about average ones like SAKAMOTO DAYS or Kenshin but obviously one didn´t need the awesome animation cuts as often as the other one.

Whatever it can be my attention span to WSJ products is kinda low unless I let accumulate several chapters for the series I already do so.It´s just Shounen Champion has more adultish friendly stuff in some of the titles and tropes/cliches that can´t be used in WSJ and their DNA imprints of the 20s..as you know WSM has its own and WSS mostly character driven/sitcom backdrop stuff with very few battleshounens and just the right amount of romcoms as well.

Time will tell what will ragebait the people..or TikTok zombies. we should say..xD I´m interested what non-sequle is going to be target of it or what is going to be the best or the most TikTok pacing friendly :S The moment the prequel spni-off got it´s anime promo as welll I think the fate was sealed..just like Komi-san where the cast is as huge as the Magi universe itself (prequel included xD)

Ye but in the end it ended in the same boat as SAKAMOTO DAYS as people expected just more from the content it adaptated which is fair to say as both are like on 6th place (S2) in their respectetive seasons they did debut at.

Thanatos actually makes couple brief appearances towards the end but more like cameo as you can see that it´s the part of the same universe which actually is but it just follows different organisation in the same timeline further down the line if that makes sense to you.Though it´s puzzling how that anime medium with only 10 eps was more engaging to watch back in the day than the current one which should be bigger in its source material hence why maybe doing only 1-cour of outdated series meta wise just isn´t hitting anyone as the arguments to back it up are easy as to breathe to come up with why so..like the ragebait ones like the cast isn´t like the old one (obviously it can´t be and doesn´t have to when you´ve seen this over 10 years ago the OG series and mentally you were 20 years younger for example xD)

But ye Zenshuu ending was fine..just very safe abrubt yet Disney like.At least all the other non-sequels that were well received in episode discusions are welcomed to have another cour or ended in possition where you would want more or the potential of the cast isn´t in state where they´re fully utilized just yet at the point where anime ends at..

Shounen Champion products in general are just not that mainstream friendly apart from YowaPeda that can at least boost it with stage plays or real-life adaptations to pretty decent extend..jutst like it was with PoT overall but since the manga has been on hiatus for 1/3 of the year (in months currency) I suspect it´s the only way to keep the franchise alive despite the 2022 and 2024 split cours comebacks just to speedrun through it just as muchas the production of them itself :S I mean for comparsion Shy alone was just very averege production wise and Tougen Anki probably won´t be much better even if the studio behind it promoted itself by creating High Card split cour anime original :S Also another victim of weird standalone epilogue episode just like Wonder Egg Priority -_-

Yeah of course... but when you went there recently it feels weird to see them speaking about things you never saw here xD
It felt good but also one of the many seasonals that won´t get 2nd cour due to either just about right amount of material left to adapt or because it´s seinen but since it ended on semi-cliffhanger with thme entering the nationals and then the promo ending you can either take this as a demo (since that´s where the translations also ended at so far content wise) xD Ye..the only possiblity since I would like to see 2nd cour of Tensei Ojisan and Babanbabanban even if there it´s even more likely due to the reconstructio nof content for the last animated arc so it can end with sequel bait regardingt the vampire who turned Mori into one few centuries ago which can be semi-original just like the festival event alongside more obligatory lore dump in the 2nd half of the last episode (you know how it felt with HOTD back then but the cast was higher-octane).

Just rewatched a movie clip of Wayne's World that
I want to share with you. It's a great scene. I'm not sure
if I've shared it with you before or not.

By the way the actor playing Wayne voiced Shrek here in the US.
Both him and the man playing Garth (Dana Carvey) were both on
Saturday Night Live. Carvey was and still is my favorite actor from SNL.

Also I miss the 90's Doritos Logo. It was so cool.
I was a little sad when they changed it when I was a teenager.
By the way the pill one of them took has been gone for a long time.

Of the games I mentioned that you played, which ones did you like the most?

Yes, I think it was released first in my country, because I live in Brazil and you live in France, right?

I'm sure you'll hate this series if you watch it lol, most of the Sonic fandom hated it, oh I'm glad you liked the first movie, it's kind of generic It's simple, but I really like it, I went crazy when I saw Tails in the post-credits scenes at the cinema, when are you going to see the second film?

I was not into video games as a kid at all. I did play sometime since my brothers have the GameCube. It wasn't until adulthood that I actually like playing video games.

It’s time to ditch the text file.
