Ahehe. So Quarantine passes are given to each household. Like, 1 family = 1 Pass. So each family needs to designate the person who will sign the pass. She/He is the only one allowed to go to the supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, etc. In short, she/he will be the official "errand girl/boy" lol. In our family, I'm the one who signed the pass.
