This article encompasses the methodology of cognitive modelling of complex poorly structured syst... more This article encompasses the methodology of cognitive modelling of complex poorly structured systems. Based on the expert method and with the help of this modelling methodology, the main factors that influence the effectiveness of information support of agricultural entrepreneurship were identified and the direction of their action was determined. There has been developed a cognitive map that reflects the cumulative impact of various factors on each other, as well as on the effectiveness of the information system for agricultural entrepreneurship. Hidden patterns between factors influencing the effectiveness of information support of agricultural entrepreneurship are revealed based on the cognitive map. The scenario approach is simulated based on different trends that reflect the current situation. This model allows us to further evaluate the performance of the system of information support of agricultural entrepreneurship under the influence of the environment, to predict its development, as well as to develop optimal strategic decisions that are aimed at ensuring sustainable development.

In the study the features and dynamics of investment support of Ukrainian agricultural enterprise... more In the study the features and dynamics of investment support of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises are investigated. It concerns estimated investment in fixed assets of Ukrainian agrarian enterprises by sources of financing. It is proved that investment support is the most important prerequisite for the effective functioning and development of agricultural enterprises, as it contributes to an increase in resource potential, thus increasing industry efficiency, strengthening the country's food security, creating preconditions for the development of the social sphere and increasing soil fertility. The main problems of enticing investments in the agrarian sphere are considered. Integral indicators of ensuring and efficiency of the use of resources in agricultural production is calculated. Modelling of investment support for the use of resource potential of agricultural enterprises is carried out. The optimal directions of increase of investment support of use of resource potential of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises are offered.

The parallelism and distributed characteristics of swarm intelligence provide self-adapting and reliable capabilities. This article is devoted to the calculation of packet losses and the impact of traffic parameters on the data exchange in swarms. Original swarm models were created with the help of MATLAB and NetCracker packages. Dependences of data packet losses on the transaction size are calculated for different drone number in a swarm using NetCracker software. Data traffic with different parameters and statistical distribution laws was considered. The effect of different distances to drones on the base station workload has been simulated. In... more The use of stratospheric drones for data transmission requires reliable two-way communication. In this regard, it is necessary to explore the possibilities of combining existing air and ground networks for effective interaction with stratospheric drones during heavy data traffic. This article focuses on calculating the packet loss and the impact of traffic parameters on communication with drones. For the first time, traffic characteristics of the complex network “Base Station - Stratospheric Drone – RPAS - Ground Cellular Network” are obtained. The original models are created based on MATLAB Simulink and NetCracker software. Packet loss dependences on the transaction size for different numbers of cellular users are estimated using NetCracker software. Average load dependences on the size of the transaction are obtained. Nowadays the problem of primary positioning system of aircraft malfunction became valuable due to... more Nowadays the problem of primary positioning system of aircraft malfunction became valuable due to influence of interference and unintentional jamming of radio signals. Selection of an efficient stand-by positioning system is an important task of a modern flight management system. Stand-by positioning systems have to meet all requirements of performance-based navigation according to specification is used in the airspace. The paper is aimed at the analysis of available positioning algorithms and systems for use in civil aircraft in case of primary positioning system malfunction. Positioning by navigational aids is considered as the main alternative in case of primary system malfunction for Ukrainian airspace, due to a sufficient network of ground stations. Also, results of performance analysis in form of contours of correspondence with requirements of area navigation specifications are presented in the paper for Ukrainian airspace at FL 290. Obtained results may be useful at pilot training for visualization of areas unsupported for navigation and for ground navigational aids development process.
A model of the optimal representation of spatial data for the task of complex correlation-extreme... more A model of the optimal representation of spatial data for the task of complex correlation-extreme navigation is developed based on the criterion of minimum deviation of the correlation functions of the original and the resulting fields. Calculations are presented for one-dimensional case using the approximation of the correlation function by Fourier series. It is shown that in the presence of different geophysical map data fields their representation is possible by single template with optimal sampling without distorting the form of the correlation functions.

Проаналізовано результати експериментальних досліджень щодо кількісно-якісного оцінювання ризиків, що є типовими для системи обслуговування повітряного руху України. The method of risk analysis in the aeronautical system with application of fuzzy logic theory is proposed. Results of experimental researches about quantitative-qualitative estimation of risks, which are typical for the air traffic system are analyzed.

Отримано залежності коефіцієнта двійкових помилок від типу модуляції сигналу, втрат на лінії, діаметра антен, нелінійності підсилювача високої потужності та коефіцієнта підсилення супутникового транспондера. Ключові слова: діаметр антен, коефіцієнт двійкових помилок, модель каналу зв'язку «літаксупутник-наземна станція», MATLAB Simulink.
