Prof. Dileep Kumar M is a Full Professor of UNIES, Gorgasali University, Europe (Malaysia Center), having 17 years of experience. He has worked at Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) & Ministry of Manpower (MoMP), Sultanate of Oman, Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD India, International Institute of Information Technology, India etc. During his tenure in Universiti Utara Malaysia, he worked as Head of Leadership, innovation and Change Competence Center and Coordinator Research Method Courses for DBA and PhD program.

Working knit with the industry and the community, I published almost 140 research papers and case studies in management area (including 40 ISI/Scopus journal papers), 56 online articles,7 books, 3 monographs, 4 papers in edited books, several case studies (including Emerald Marketing Cases) and presented more than 45 research papers in international conferences.

He is the editor/managing editor/reviewer of several international journals including Scopus and ISI, He has engaged as a member in quality assurance and accreditation process (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, ISO certification, ADRI quality Assurance etc that to enhance the institutional quality engagements.

Working knit with industries he has engaged in several HR projects. He guided several Post Graduates and MPhil students in various universities in addition to supervising PhD students. He is the external examiner of PhD & DBA dissertations of various universities.

He has secured best research paper awards in SJBIT Conference, and IPE National Conferences, Hyderabad. He has selected as the best employee in Ministry of Manpower Colleges, and the outstanding performer in academics recognition from MoHE, Oman.

He worked as a corporate trainer in the areas of HR and Management.

The advent of new technologies alongside the generation of the vast amount of data in the manufac... more The advent of new technologies alongside the generation of the vast amount of data in the manufacturing processes makes Green Lean Six Sigma (GLSS) approaches very challenging. This paper presents a novel framework termed ‘BDA-GLSS’ that guides companies to effectively integrate Big Data Analytics (BDA) in GLSS to improve their environmental performance. The BDA-GLSS framework is validated using an industrial case study of a leading chemical company. The results suggest measurable benefits of the proposed framework in enhancing technological readiness, problem identification, and analysis with predictive capability. The BDA-GLSS guides the implementation of BDA techniques within the GLSS framework offering real-time quality control, event-based inspection, and predictive maintenance. The BDA-GLSS enhances the environmental capability, process performance and provides a new perspective for researchers and practitioners to support GLSS projects in achieving higher green performance.

India's farm sector sustains livelihoods for hundreds of millions of rural people, but faces seri... more India's farm sector sustains livelihoods for hundreds of millions of rural people, but faces serious management challenges for land, water, and energy resources. Growing dependence on groundwater threatens water resources sustainability and power sector viability. Sustaining India's rising prosperity rests on managing groundwater. This study shows that raising power tariffs in the farm sector to achieve efficiency, equity and sustainability of groundwater use is both socially and economically viable. The question is about how to introduce this shift. This paper discusses five different options for power supply, metering and energy pricing in the farm sector and the expected outcomes of implementing each vis-a-vis efficiency of groundwater and energy use, equity in access and sustainability of groundwater. It concludes that establishing an energy quota for each farm-based on sustainability considerations, and metering and charging pro rata for power used are the best options to manage groundwater and the energy economy.

Volatile market conditions and resultant market fluctuations have increased the demand for SMEs t... more Volatile market conditions and resultant market fluctuations have increased the demand for SMEs to adopt a strong brand related marketing communications activity with the support of integrated marketing communication (IMC) elements. IMC elements are critical in terms of building a strong strategic presence, which brings about an improvement in the business performance of SMEs. To examine the relationship of IMC elements to business performance, a quantitative descriptive study design was followed. 384 SME entrepreneurs&amp;#39; responses from Klang Valley, Selangor, Malaysia were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that all five elements of IMC performance have a direct and noteworthy effect on enhancing business performance. Moreover, a moderation result reflects a partial effect of market orientation between IMC elements and business performance. This paper presents IMC and market orientation as critical elements of the SME&amp;#39;s business performance strategy. This study would provide significant information to marketers and Chief Marketing Officers of SME&amp;#39;s in-service sector to adopt these vital managerial processes to enhance business performance.

The intention of this paper is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility disclosur... more The intention of this paper is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility disclosure on financial performance in a case study of listed Pharmaceutical firms in Pakistan. For this case study, the panel data of 10 years from 2005 to 2014 are obtained through content analysis of annual reports. Quantitative tools were used to measure variables studied in which index was developed and used scoring methodology. Further, brand equity is introduced as a mediator between CSRD and financial performance. The results of content analysis revealed that GSK Pakistan laboratories involved in greater level of disclosure as compared to other pharmaceutical firms. The average rate of disclosure of listed pharmaceutical firms is increasing annually. Among four themes, the results showed that pharmaceutical firms mostly disclose information regarding community involvement. The results of regression which were significant shows that brand equity act as mediator between the corporate social responsibility disclosure and financial performance.

Due to heavy traffic jams on-peak hours, commuters are switching over from road transport to rail transport. Nevertheless, such change of mode of transport is not permanent, since their intention to make use of one mode of transport rests with several aspects such as overall service quality, train fare, customer satisfaction, and the likes. Expectation disconfirmation theory states that the satisfaction of the customers depends on confirming the expectation of the customer. The study follows quantitative research with a cross-sectional design with the application of PLS-SEM, to explain the relationship between independent and dependent variables selected. The study provides practical and theoretical implications facilitating better managerial decisions to the Klang valley mass rapid transit (MRT) organisation which facilitates better public transport appreciation from the customers. With regard to this aim, the criteria for investment decision were examined through defense mechanisms, personality traits, emotional intelligence and financial literacy. Defense mechanisms and certain personality traits have become prominent for risk criterion while defense mechanisms and financial literacyhave been important to repay criterion. Lastly, for corporate data criterion, defense mechanisms, some personality traits and emotional intelligence have been found as important. Traffic ranged from bicycles to commercial vehicles. In the simulation model, the roadway is considered as a matrix of square blocks, which can constitute the position occupied by a vehicle or the headway between vehicles. Traffic on the road was measured and classified in real time to validate the model. The simulation program was run for a range of traffic-volume levels and the number of decelerations and overtakings measured for a situation of mixed and segregated traffic. Traffic flow was found to be more effectively managed where different vehicle types were segregated. For the covering abstract see ITRD E116046.

These two markets are playing key role in an international business all over the world. It is necessary to understand the relationship between the both markets so that the investors may be able to invest in a better way by taking the minimum risk. This paper investigates the relationship between the stock market and exchange market of Pakistan. KSE-100 index is used as a substitute of Stock Prices while currency rate of Pak Rupee against US Dollar (Rs/US$) is taken for exchange rate exposure. The data is on monthly basis and the time period is from January 2004 to December 2009. The findings of the study indicate that there is no relationship exists between exchange rate and stock price and both the variables are independent of each other.

Groundwater irrigation organisations and water markets have been in existence in north Gujarat fo... more Groundwater irrigation organisations and water markets have been in existence in north Gujarat for many decades. This paper is based on a study carried out in a village called Manund in Patan district of North Gujarat, where a large number of Groundwater Irrigation Organisations are functioning. The study shows that these organisations display the characteristics of strong and effective institutions for managing shared resources, in terms of the rules and regulations, members ' awareness, transparency in decision making, conflict resolution mechanisms, degree of equity in access and efficiency in the use of resources. 1.0 Backdrop Investment in irrigation was a major development priority in India after independence, to achieve self-sufficiency in food and boost agriculture production. Since 1950, many major, medium and minor irrigation schemes were built with the result that the net irrigated area increased from 21 million hectares (m.ha) in 1951 to 46.2 m.ha 1990 (Vohra, 1994). The food grain production went up from 50.8 million tons in 1951 to 198 million tons in 1996 (Government of India, 1997). World wide, the tide of expenditure for new irrigation development, however, suddenly began to wane, with a similar trend emerging in India as well. Decreasing funds for irrigation development, disappointment with rapid deterioration of the systems, increasing inability of the irrigation bureaucracy to provide good quality services and growing acknowledgement of farmer management capacities, have led to enactment of policies to tum over management of irrigation systems from government agencies to farmers' associations.
