Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.'s in-house boat builder Inha Works Ltd, Yamaha Motor Group, is expanding its boat export operations across the entire United States. The manufacturer of Buster, Yamarin & Cross boats has established a partnership with the local American operator Nordic Marine Imports LLC to deliver comprehensive customer service, including sales and support, to boat enthusiasts in the country. Starting with three Yamarin boat models in the weekender category available to customers – all of them sold exclusively with Yamaha marine engines – this collaboration will certainly be a first great step to further increase the boat business outside of Europe!
With a long-standing reputation for producing high-quality weekender, wheelhouse, and bow rider boats in Europe, Inha Works will now bring its renowned Yamarin, Buster and Cross vessels to U.S. customers through a partnership with local operator, Nordic Marine Imports LLC. With these leading brands, Nordic Marine Imports now has a wide offering of European premium aluminum and glass fiber boats perfect for all kinds of activities. Nordic Marine Imports, headquartered in Tampa with a dedicated local team, will serve as the official operator and distributor of Yamarin boats in the U.S. market. #Yamaha Motor’s Hamamatsu Robotics Plant in Japan, which recently concluded its expansion and renovation to double its production capacity, has begun operations as our first all-electric factory. This week, Yamaha Marine proudly hosted the first official visit to the Yamaha Marine European Engineering Centre (YMEEC), welcoming our esteemed customers for an engaging experience. The YMEEC is a groundbreaking facility, making #Yamaha the only brand in the marine industry to offer an engineering standard testing protocol and personalised testing for boat builders in Europe. Its prime location provides optimal atmospheric and aquatic conditions for year-round marine engine testing, allowing boat builders to extensively test various engine configurations in one centralised space. During a two-day event, our guests explored the state-of-the-art testing facilities, engaged in meaningful discussions and workshops, and witnessed firsthand the comprehensive process of our engineering products from conception to execution. This visit was not just about showcasing capabilities, it was a moment to foster relationships, gather insights, and strengthen our partnerships. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the boat builders for their presence and continued collaboration.
