This board is a compilation of rather healthy recipes which can be adapted to different regimes. For example: balanced 1100 -1500 kcal menu, protein menu, low carb menu, vegetarian menu, detox regime. Most of the dishes need small adaptations (sugar substitutions, lowering the amount of oil or butter, skipping high calorie ingredients such as wine or syrups, etc). But don't be discouraged! These are great ideas to start on the healthy side of living without getting bored!
