I'm trying to put it in here but in this cake pan, this is a nine-inch cake pan. If it don't fit perfectly, that's fine. We have eggs here. You could use three to six eggs. I'm hungry so I'm using six. Also, I ain't going to eat this whole thing by myself. Alright, we're going to season the eggs. Little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper. That's it. Y'all want to use other seasonings, you can but we're just making a simple, easy breakfast. Alright, so now one pan, y'all can I'm just going to like loosely scramble these here. Don't really matter. Don't have to be perfect. Just like that, alright? Great. This is a perfect. Alright, great. That's great. Y'all this is fun too because the kids can make it. It's super easy. Alright, so now what we're going to do here, we're going to add some toppings, alright? So, I'm going to add a little bit of cheese. I actually have two kinds of cheese I'm going to use. I have some sharp cheddar. I'm going to put this around. And then I also have this queso cheese. Uh this is like, it's a good cheese to use for like Mexican dishes but it melts real good and it taste real good. So, we're using that too. Alright. Um y'all I also I have some cut up. Oh let me get this cute dish. It's my cat's dish. We share. Sharon is caring. Cut up cherry tomatoes. Um this is totally customizable y'all but it's delicious and if y'all ever want to use like those low carb tortillas, you can but it's kind of like a a cheating way to make like a breakfast pizza, alright? Um I also here have some bacon bits. So, I'm going to use a little bit of this too. Customizable y'all. Again, y'all can use whatever you'd like but this is this is what I like. So, this is what we're doing because I'm doing what makes me happy. That's it. That's it. Alright and then I also have a little bit of spinach. This is also a great dish to make with with leftovers or whatever you might have in your fridge, alright? So, now that we have the spinach in here and the cheese, I'm actually going to give it a little another little mix. So, everything kind of cooks together. Alright, just like so and I'm trying to think what else I'm putting on here. I actually think this is it. Um so, it's kind of like a tortilla breakfast pizza and yeah, that looks great and what am I putting on top? I think some green onion because I always. Bridge is like dough get the green onion alright y'all Imma put this in the oven at 350 about 20 to 25 minutes or until the egg set up y'all are going to love this easy breakfast alright y'all some one of y'all commented the other day a# that said keep Kevin in the kitchen I want to start that y'all because Kevin likes being in the kitchen don't you baby I love when he looks at me like that y'all if y'all have cats or even dogs I'm sure can you feel like they're looking into your soul sometimes I mean it's just crazy but anyways# keep Kevin in the kitchen he ain't going nowhere y'all alright baby okay so here we have that breakfast pizza we made so it's pretty healthy we use one flour tortilla if you all want to use the low carb kind you can but I took this out of the oven a while ago so look look how nice that looks that looks so good so I'm just going to cut it up y'all can use a pizza cutter too if you want but this is just the first thing that I grab so let me cut this up and then we going to have a bite y'all can serve it with hot sauce or salsa little sour cream whatever you want alright But here we go. Look at that y'all. We we put bacon in ours. We put some veggies in here. I used six eggs. Um and this is a pretty good portion. I feel like this is enough for like two or three people. So time to try it.

If you want the full demonstration go to my YouTube channel Dainty Bite, I’ll add the link to my profile 👆🏻👆🏻 INGREDIENTS: for the egg mixture; 7 extra large eggs/ 68 g each 1 tbsp fresh chives 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper for the bechamel; 1 cup milk/ warm 60 g butter unsalted 5 tbsp all purpose flour 1 cup roughly chopped baby spinach 1 cup shredded fontina cheese 1/2 cup gruyere cheese you can use mild cheddar instead 5 thin slices of bacon 1/2 cup sweet bell pepper PREPARATION: Chop roughly the spinach and dice the bell peppers. Set aside, then crack 7 large eggs, season with the salt, pepper, cayenne and chives. Whisk the eggs for 2 minutes then set aside. In a pot melt the butter, add the flour and cook for a minute. Add the milk and mix until it comes to a boil and thickens. In a separate small bowl add 1 tbsp of the bechamel, then 1-2 tbsp of the egg mixture. Whisk together then add to the bechamel and mix it in. Now add the rest of the egg mixture to the bechamel and whisk until creamy and smooth. Prep the ramekins with some oil or butter, grease the inside well. Add 1 4-5 inch puff pastry square in each ramekin. Top with egg mixture, it should be enough for 5 servings.Add more cheese and top with one slice of bacon. Sprinkle wit black pepper and bake at 385°f for 30-35 minutes or until golden and nicely puffed. I'm doing a mini version here because it's easy to be handheld. It's the perfect size for each person. No extras, no leftovers, perfect for the kids, perfect for the husband. I'm just going to add an egg into each one of my little tortillas here in my cast iron and add some cottage cheese. It's going to make the eggs nice and creamy. Blend those all up with some salt and pepper. It just takes a couple of minutes here to put this all together and have dinner or breakfast on the table in less than 15 minutes. Let's add a little of fresh veggies here. I'm just using spinach, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese and these go into the oven and they are ready to serve in no time. They're golden and bubbly. I have one for each of my family members here and dinner is done. No more bothering me tonight. Go ahead and slice into this and go in for that bite.
