Score the fat cap, apply a thin layer of yellow mustard and season heavily with your favorite bbq rub. Make sure to get all sides. 2. Let it hang out at room temperature for 30 minutes or so, until the grill comes up to temperature, about 250 degrees, indirect heat. 3. Cook until it hits 170 degrees internal temperature, and place it in a foil pan. 4. Add 4-5 pats of butter, a handful of brown sugar, drizzle with honey, more bbq seasoning, cover tightly with foil and place back on the grill. 5. Cook until it’s probe tender, around 200-204 degrees internal temperature. 6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for an hour. 7. Remove the bone, shred and enjoy! #grillinwithdad #pulledpork #bbq #easyrecipe #howto #recipe #nomnom | Maciej Zurawski | grillin_with_dad · Original audio
