Homemade Banana Pudding
8×8 dish use: 1/2 cup sugar. 2TBL cornstarch. 1TBL Flour 1/4 tsp salt. 2cups milk. 3 Egg yolks (slightly beaten) 2TBL Butter. 1 tsp Vanilla.
In large bowl,add first 4 ingredients &stir in milk & micro until thickened stirring every 3 minutes. Then, Slowly stir about 1/2 cup of this mixture into egg yolks & stir into pudding mixture & cook 1to2 minutes.Stir in butter.Let cool slightly & add vanilla.
