Ham croquettes are one of my favorite Spanish tapas! This recipe is like a mashup between traditional ham and potato croquettes and fried mozzarella balls. The ham and potato filling is wrapped around a cube of cheese, so the melted cheese filling oozes out after frying. I've included traditional pan frying instructions as well as an air fryer option (which is also perfect for reheating if you make them ahead of time!) The Best Ham and Cheese Croquettes *AIR FRYER RECIPE*

Ham croquettes are one of my favorite Spanish tapas! This recipe is like a mashup between traditional ham and potato croquettes and fried mozzarella balls.
