INGREDIENTS: 
Sichuan peppers 2 cups (Or Kashmiri Red chillies)
Red button chilles roasted 1/3 cup 
Boiling water 3/4 cup
Chopped ginger garlic 2tbsp
Spring onion chopped 6tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 4 tbsp
Salt  to taste
Oil  1/4 cup
Sesame oil 1 tbsp

METHOD:
Soak chillies in hot boiling water till soft. Cut off the stem and blend with soaked water till smooth.
Heat oil in a pan add ginger and garlic and cook for a while. Add spring onion and sesame oil. Now add chillipaste and rest of the ingredients. Cook for 5 min. Cool and store in airtight container. Can be stored in fridge for upto 3 months.
