Dive into the depths of the blue see with this creation by Ava Nesbitt. The 3D effect is done by rolling strips of paper and gluing them together. Some may know this as a quilling technique. Jenny Goring included elements of Thai Unryu Mulberry Paper and Italian Crepe Paper in these two floral paintings. In the first piece, "Daisy #1", Jenny used 10 GSM White Unryu Paper as an overlay on the daisy's background leaves for a subtle white-washed effect and texture that still allowed the wood grain to show trough.
