So many of our patients that complain of lower back, hip and knee pain ALL have very weak gluteus medius muscles. @summerlopez876 demonstrates the Trendelenburg sign where the opposite hip drops during single leg stance because the supporting leg is weak. Walking and running 🏃 with a weak gluteus medius can cause hip pain, lower back or sacroiliac dysfunction and knee pain because of the lack of motor control above, below and at the hip. Grab a foam roller and give these a go👏 1. Hip rolls 2. Step overs 3. RDLs 2-3 sets of 12 reps 🔥 We have a full stock of foam rollers at our office too 😀"
