This energy-boosting loaf is jam-packed with dried fruit and nuts and is held together with eggs and flour as opposed to loads of butter or oil. It’s up to you which fruit and nuts you use (some suggestions are raisins, cranberries, apricots, dates, figs, prunes, walnuts, pecans, almonds or hazelnuts).
