Now you can make your own and have the whole cake for yourself instead of just a slice with this really simple but delicious recipe. Ingredients: For cake: -200g selfraising flour -300g sugar -70g cocoa powder -8g baking soda -5g salt -60g vegetable oil -180g buttermilk or plain yoghurt -3 large eggs -200g hot water (not boiling) For frosting: - 300ml double cream - 150g dark chocolate - 200g milk chocolate -Extra grated chocolate for decoration or sprinkles Method: -make the ganche first by breaking your chocolate and putting it in a heatproof bowl -heat up your cream in a saucepan until it begins to bubble -pour hot cream onto chocolate and allow to sit for a min.
