Cable crunch - I usually do 4x20 at a slow pace 2. Plank - my go-to time is 60 secs on, 30 secs off x4 3. Russian twist - I’m usually holding 2 dumbbell instead of 1 plate or med ball. I can get more range of motion 4. Cable rotation - I have my feet shoulder-width apart with a slight bend in knees. Try to keep my chest straight the whole time. Usually go for 4x12ea side 5.
