INGREDIENTS 16 slices of white bread, scabs 3/4 cup of softened butter 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 3 cinnamon sticks 3 eggs 1 cup of cream 1/4 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup of icing sugar 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 spoonful of milk PREPARATION Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Cut the crusts of all slices of bread. Put four joints lightly overlapping and press using your fingers to seal. Repeat with the remaining bread. Spread the butter evenly on each piece of bread. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture on the bread with butter and smooth. Cut each bread strip in half to create 8 strips. Pull one strip and then put it on the next and continue rolling to form a large spiral. Place the lower part in a mold and bathe the entire mold with butter. In a large glass, mix the eggs, cream, milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour over coiled bread and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes until it is completely absorbed. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes until it is inflated, browned and cooked. Cover with aluminum foil if it darkens too fast. In another jar mix icing sugar, milk, melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Remove from the cake pan carefully. Pour the glaze while it is still warm. Enjoy
