Roasted Garlic, Roasted Onion & Roasted Vegetables Spice Mix
Roasted Garlic, Roasted Onion & Roasted Vegetables Mix spices with 1/2 to 2/3 cup of olive oil. Cut up following veggies into bite size or bit larger & toss in oil mixture. 1 lg. onion, 2-3 medium potatoes, 1-2 crowns of fresh broccoli, 1 red/green bell pepper, 1 yellow squash, 1 zucchini, 3 large carrots, 3-5 cloves of minced garlic fresh. Spread out on a casserole dish/jelly roll pan. Roast in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir & cook 10-15 minutes longer. Test a carrot or potato for doneness. Cook longer if needed. Ingredients- Onion, Chives, Carrots, Garlic, Parsley, Pepper, Red-Green Chili Peppers, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Celery, Wheat Flour, Chicken Broth Powder, Soy Sauce Powder, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, and Spices.
