Random width boards create a natural feel and utilise the whole tree more efficiently in an eco-friendly manner. The boards were hand finished with a clear oil to enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Scandinavian pine is a soft wood but when laid in an end-grain style it is comparable to oak in strength. Because of its natural grain pattern beautiful effects can be achieved. We can use various stains to achieve different colours.
